We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were bright, spacious, and clean. The staff was mega friendly and helpful, even checking us in early. The hotel facilities, including the infinity pool area, were great. The location next to the pool provided amazing views of the surrounding area. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of high-quality choices. Transportation was easy with nearby tram and metro stations. Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The exclusive amenities in this hotel were top notch, providing a luxurious experience. the outstanding staff went above and beyond to cater to all my needs, making my stay comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Saltunat from Reception and the housekeeping team, who ensured the room was always superbly clean and organized.
Although this hotel was superb, there were a few minor issues. the swimming pool was small and crowded at times, leaving little space to lie on sun loungers.

The property was exceptional, centrally located, and close to downtown, Palm, and JBR. The staff, especially Feroz, were friendly, helpful, and made sure we enjoyed our trips. The front of house staff, including Jessica and Suezette, were professional and accommodating. The hotel is perfect for families, larger groups, and business travelers.
Felt privileged, as the staff went above and beyond to assist us.

The infinity pool area offers stunning views of the surroundings, creating a truly mesmerizing experience. the room is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and modern appliances, making it convenient for guests.
